This is my new travel blog, where I’ll be posting pictures and descriptions of the various mishaps I shall no doubt endure while trying to get my bike from here to there.
Preparations for the big trip are moving, albeit at a more glacial pace than they should be. There is a mini-jolly coming up in March though, as I pootle over to Norfolk to visit Gobur Caravans with my Mum. Fingers crossed for the weather – it has two weeks to drag itself from this wintry deluge and bestow some springtime goodness upon us. I have no faith in that actually happening, but if the snow can hold back then that will be good enough for now.
Next week will see the centre-stand fitted to the bike, which is one of the final modifications that needs doing. Pictures will be posted.
